Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

If you are a California resident (or a resident of another state with similar laws), you have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, "CCPA/CPRA"), to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information.

What this means at ForSaleAmerica.com

We do not sell personal information for cash compensation. We do share information you submit through our forms with one or more real-estate professionals, brokerages, or marketing partners who fulfill your request, which may qualify as "sharing" under California law.

If you submit an opt-out request, we will:

• Stop sharing your information with marketing partners.
• Add your email address and phone number to our internal "Do Not Contact" list.
• Honor your request promptly, and in any event within forty-five (45) days, as required by applicable law.

How to submit an opt-out request

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Do Not Sell" and include:

• Your full name (or the name you submitted on the form, if different).
• The email address and/or phone number you want added to our internal opt-out list.
• The state in which you reside.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. If we receive your request through an authorized agent, we may ask for written authorization signed by you.

Other rights you have

Depending on your state of residence, you may also have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your information.
• Receive a copy of your information in a portable format.
